Will my order arrive discreetly?
Always. Our shipping boxes are plain, brandless and nowhere on the package will the spicy contents be listed. You can rest assured.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Sweden. Customers are responsible for any duties accrued in shipping their order.
Is it possible to track my package?
When your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code that you can use to keep an eye on your package. Receiving this code can take up to 2 days.
What type of lube is best for silicone toys?
We recommend using a water-based lubricant and avoid using silicone based lubes.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
Purchases made directly from DudeDept via dudedept.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund in the form of a website credit, which never expires. Credits are for the price of the product, and do not include the cost of shipping. Please contact our customer service team at hello@dudedept.com to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to start your return.
